WEDnesday : dancing queen

hello, loves!
happy WEDnesday :)
this is one of my favorite days of the week...
not only are we half way through!
but i get to talk weddings...
and i loooooooooooooooooooooove weddings!!!

i am currently in search of the perfect dress!
party dress, that is!
{i have had THE dress for a long time now}
as much as i LOVE my gown,
{all caps can't even truly express my true love for it}
when i hit that dance floor, i need something short, frilly & fun
because i fully intend on movin' & shakin' all night long!!!
we landed our dream dj {music is a HUGE deal to us}
so i know the music is going to be rockin'!!!
and i think that any of these lovely numbers
would be fine contenders for the dance floor!

{images here & here}

i am particularly drawn to the beaded dresses...
they have some common elements to my actual gown...
and i love the idea of that!
{kind of a mini-version of my gown}

if/when you are/get married did you/will you make a dress change?

♥ have a LOVEly day ♥
XO brynn

i love that you'll be switching it up for your reception! how fun!! i think ill just stay in my dress-- but i might switch up the shoes or throw on a sparkley sash to jazz things up. xo

I love it when bride's change dresses for the reception- it really sets the mood for a party, and gives you the perfect excuse for another outfit!

I think it is the best idea when a bride changes her dress for the reception. I'd probably keep it on for the Father-Daughter dance and cutting the cake, but after dinner, you need something to dance in! Loving that first dress with the fringe!

They are ALL gorgeous! I didn't change during the wedding, as the reception wasn't long enough to warrant it. Still had a wonderful time though. =)

I would love to make a dress change! I also have thought about wearing a short beaded white gown to my rehearsal dinner. Love all the beaded dresses you featured here! I am sure your dress change will be fabulous. :)

I am definitely planning on having a dress change! I love that first one with the fringe skirt. I can totally imagine all that fringe flying around on the dance floor!

These are all so pretty, especially the one in the top right corner! I had planned to make a dress change but I ended up loving my wedding dress so much, I didn't want to take it off.

My favorite are those beaded numbers as well! Totally you brynn!! I changed half way through the reception into a little bandage white dress by herve leger, a little risky, but hey why not?? :)
