these days just keep flying right by!!!
it's going to be a bit of a quiet day for me here,
but just wanted to wish you all a very happy winter solstice...
it has definitely felt like winter for sometime now here,
but today marks the official start of 3 months of winter.

my favorite thing about winter is the coziness it forces upon us...
there is just sometimes nothing better than bundling up, sitting by the fire,
while sipping hot cocoa & snuggling a little closer to the one you love :)
what is your first day of winter looking like?
i wish our's was all snowy white like the photos!
but it's still chilly enough to get cozy, cozy, cozy!!!

It is fun to get all cozy and wrapped up tight in fluffy knit sweaters... even if there's not too much of a big chill. Love that fireplace scene!

Some gorgeous images here! I love winter when I'm indoors...it's being out in the rain and wind (because we don't get snow) that I hate.
I'm ready but only because winter around here is very similar to fall. And fall, of course, is my favorite season!

WOO HOO! Happy winter solstice back! My first day of winter is windy, sunny yet cold, and promises to be filled with my mom's home cooking and homemade hot chocolate.. Can't wait! LOVE LOVE LOVE your collages! Sooo pretty! I'm a biiig collage girl!
